	Chris Steele	Deputy District Commissioner, Support the Support team assists managers and those delivering Scouting to settle in to their role, provides support with training and development, helps to resolve any issues and provides administrative support to the District team
	Tania Mandall	Deputy District Commissioner, Programme the Programme team assist individual Sections to deliver an interesting, engaging and rewarding programme of activities to our members by supporting those working in the Sections and Units in the District
	Sue Marsh	Deputy District Commissioner, Operations the Operations team assist with the smooth running of all the District assets, including our activity centres and retail outlets as well as advising on issues affecting property that the District owns or has an interest in
	Jane Orchard	Deputy District Commissioner, Groups the Deputy District Commissioner for Groups aids the smooth running of the Scout Groups which make up the District by providing support to Group Scout Leaders
